When the daily batches can be claimed
The exact time of the qualifying deposit sets the window for each batch. The bonus terms give an example: if the first deposit arrives at 10:30, the first batch can be claimed until 10:29 the next day, and the second opens again at 10:30 for 24 hours. After the first deposit three windows follow one another, after each later tier two.

One active bonus: when free-spin winnings are lost
Under T&Cs 7.3 only one bonus or promotion may be active on an account at a time. For free spins this means:
- Second bonus: claiming free spins or activating another bonus while one is active deletes the active bonus together with its winnings automatically (welcome package clause 14). A pop-up warns before the click that activating the new bonus deletes the current one.
- Withdrawal: the cashier accepts no withdrawal while bonus money is active, and a withdrawal request deletes all available bonuses. A request before or after activating the welcome bonus costs the bonus entitlement.
- Open spins: T&Cs 7.20 treats delaying a free spin or deliberately leaving it unfinished as promotion abuse, as well as playing such rounds out only once the wagering is met, the bonus has expired or a new deposit has been made.
